The Cuyama Community Services District owns and manages the water resources of the District. The purpose of CCSD is to deliver water to each meter in the District of sufficient quantity and quality to meet the State of California's health regulations.
The Cuyama Community Services District owns and manages the sewer system and the wastewater treatment facilities of the District. The purpose of CCSD is to collect and process the wastewater of the District and to discharge it in accordance with the State of California's health regulations.
The Cuyama Community Services District is responsible for the cost of the power that provides the Townsite of New Cuyama with street lighting. The District does not own or maintain the actual lights and lighting structures. The District will provide this public service for the community.
